my daughter is 23 years of age has had a learning disability all her life never been told that fact or what to do about it. always consider herself as normal. got into a serious sexual assault indent in 2004 and since then has not been the same. I’ve been trying to take care of her since . she has been getting in trouble with the law and recently was assaulted by up to 5 girls in waterbury ct in which she was hospitalized up to 2 weeks with more head trauma. who do i seek for help and assitant.
